La idea era:
"El usuario podrá utilizar el correo electrónico, comprar on line o bajar música mientras utiliza el inodoro. El invento, desarrollado por MSN, la división en Internet de Microsoft, está formado por cubículo que en su interior dispone de retrete y lavabo."

(entre otras cosas más que se podían hacer jeje)

Pero luego de un tiempo Microsoft lo desmintió y dijo que era una broma, pero luego volvió a decir que sí era cierto y tiempo despues lo dejó nuevamente, si quieres leer notas al respecto, acá están algunas:
